Every product in the portfolio went through the same internal process. Five steps, in this order, are how we make sure a product leverages what makes AI amazing, instead of checking the “we have AI” box.
Establish, or reinforce, your moat.
Before anything is built we pin down what really matters about the product and what makes it defensible. We treat this as the north star. For a startup it is what gives you confidence in what you are building, even before everything else is figured out. For an established enterprise it is a reality check: AI will not wave a magic wand over the problems in your current software.
Design the price upfront.
Backwards for many endeavors, but it forces the right questions early: who is paying, why, and how much. AI can get expensive if left unmanaged, so the cost of every capability is designed against what it earns before the first line of code is written.
Requirements over implementation.
Requirements matter more than the implementation, and scope creep is managed from the start. The bar is software that is easy to work with, ideally with zero training. It can be done.
A new frame of thinking.
Gone are the days of complex dashboards and a hundred configuration settings. In our experience they are a symptom of a company trying to justify its expertise. That is fine, but it can be handled differently, and we know how, instead of overwhelming the user.
Beautiful inside and out.
The software has to look beautiful and be beautifully built: well structured and smartly assembled on the inside. We leverage our expertise and our library of code artifacts to deliver software that amazes, in a fraction of the time.
